Human Resources : I am in charge of the management of nearly 100 operators. I plan the use of human resources. Organize growth and placement of required staff. Establish organizational structures. Delegate tasks and accountabilities. Establish work schedules and control pay slips. Supervise staff. Monitor and evaluate performance.
Production : I am also monitoring weekly the activity KPIs and take corrective actions when necessary. Ensure the quality of services provided to customers.
Strategic Input : I am in liaison with top management. Assist in the development of strategic plans for operational activity. Implement and manage operational plans.

Creation of a new visual identity,

Multimedia : manage the contents of the main company's website. Create movies of our construction sites, at a project state or once delivered, or corporate movies. Manage the picture library and the pictures rights of use
Events : manage the organization of internal and public events such as the end of year party, board of directors seminars, worksites open days, etc.
Marketing : in charge of the visual marketing of private and public tenders. Employer brand.

I've been hired in the VINCI Construction French Guiana head office to improve and set up communications' tools of our 5 companies in this area.
My missions included :
Create 4 websites from scratch
Set up 4 different monthly in-house newspapers (content and graphic creation)
Realise corporate movies
Set up photo shots on worksites, and create a photo library
Organizing the 30th anniversary of Nofrayane, the main subsidiary. We had to organize an important event in Guiana, inviting some VIPs such as politics, sportsmen, or artists.
Organize visits and communicate on the most important worksites, such as the Guiana Space Centre in Kourou, spaceport of the European Space Agency from where the Ariane and Soyouz Spaceships take off.
Coordinate our communication plan with the VINCI Group Head Office's strategy.
Developing Multimedia Communications, managing subsidiaries Websites creation, organizing upscale events (international seminars and conferences), participating actively in the Editorial Board of the in-house news bulletin, and managing the photo library.
