There was a lot of responsibilities upon my line of work as i had these main tasks: 1- Order processing and packaging 2- Receipt of goods and delivery to delivery companies 3- Arrange and save goods 4-Sales and Call center 5-Costumer care and feed back with customer 6-Telemarketing 7-Purchasing goods from China and other countries 8- Follow-up of staff matters 9-Develop marketing plans and follow up their implementation as an online retailer, i was fully booked during days and sometimes nights, a good example of working under stress.
