With an extensive education in Electrical Engineering, Ajoy Kapila earned three degrees in the field, including a Masters from Purdue University in 1992. Eighteen years later, while working as an Engineering Maintenance Manager for Polar-Tech Industries, Ajoy Kapila completed a Masters in IT management at Colorado Technical University.
Ajoy Kapila began his career as a Process Control Engineer with the Bethlehem Steel Corporation and later gained additional experience with Unilever Home and Personal Care, Quaker Oats Company, Wes-Tech Automation Solutions, and Orbital Engineering. In four years with Polar-Tech Industries, he helped optimize the company's packaging processes and process streams and re-organized its warehouse, increasing its holding capacity by 330 pallet positions. Since 2011, he has employed his engineering-efficiency measures throughout seven breweries as a Senior Corporate Optimization Engineer with MillerCoors.
Supplementing his education and experience, Mr. Kapila attends annual Packaging and Processing Expos and is a member of the Project Management Institute and the Society of Manufacturing Engineers. In his free time, he enjoys following the Formula One racing circuit and modifying his 1967 Mustang.
