Detailed Description
- Worked towards creating a transparent environment amongst scrum team and PO’s/customers to uncover hidden impediments/challenges and proactively took corrective and preventive actions to prevent the adverse impact on the sprint commitments
- Worked with product owner for devising a strategy to prioritise user stories that maximises return on investment
- Conducting the Enterprise Grooming meetings, Capacity Calculations for teams, User Stories grooming sessions

- Using planning poker for estimating velocity (User story points) during the Planning meeting
- Scheduling and running the SCRUM meetings i.e. Planning, Daily Stand Up, Review and Retrospective Meetings
