Worked towards creating a transparent environment amongst scrum team and PO’s/customers to uncover hidden impediments/challenges and proactively took corrective and preventive actions to prevent the adverse impact on the sprint commitments

Conducting the Enterprise Grooming meetings, Capacity Calculations for teams, User Stories grooming sessions
