- Driving organizational agility through agile values, principles, and practices for software delivery by working with the executive, mid-senior management, and development teams
- Owns and demonstrates agile project/program management practices on initial release
- Coaching and Mentoring multiple Scrum team's working for complex projects/programs to attain Agile Maturity level
- Initiated transformation of multiple (7 teams) Enterprise product delivery teams (Product Owners, Dev, UX, Testing, and Architects) to follow agile delivery model using Scrum and Continuous Deployment in different domains
- Mentored team leads to become effective scrum masters to support and sustain agile delivery
- Worked with Product Managers, scrum teams, and business analysts to identify improvement opportunities in product management, requirements analysis, defect management, and estimation
