• Increasing the work rate by 1000% as of first month of supervising of the HR system (HRIS), and by another 20% for the next 3 months.
• Raising the uploading rate of the documents in the archive section by 150%, through modifications in scanning & technical procedures.
• Supervising, leading, monitoring, guiding, and motivating staff working in the system, (Average of 22 employees), and solving technical & administrative problems.
• Forming a team of HR employees to increase recording old data, which increased rapidly from 100% to 200% by the following months.
• Communicating with the developers team at the ministry HQ, to inform them with the requirements that fit with the company's regulations.
