Partner with managers and employees in MEIA region (Middle East, India & Africa) to ensure successful deployment of all HR processes and tools.
Work closely with managers and directors to decide on staffing & compensation needs for MEIA region (manpower plans, payroll budget inflation & individual salary increments).
Put in place retention action plans for Key Talent within MEIA region.
Lead a team of 5 members to design and implement a consistent strategy to manage Internal Communications within the group, including publication of 3 newsletters in 11 languages.
Design and implement People & Organization review process for the group. Design and rollout new process, guidelines and tools to manage Employee Performance in the group.
Work in close coordination with marketing research agency and internal stakeholders to design and rollout a comprehensive Employee Engagement survey across the group.
Worked with group Executive Committee in developing a behavioral Competency Model to support cultural transformation and performance management within the group.
Designed and implemented a 3 day event in Paris to enable the Executive Committee cascade the new company vision & strategy for the future to top managers in the group (90 managers).
