Support Enterprise MPLS VPN and Internet connections over Vodafone MPLS Network, working on different Protocols Static, RIP, EIGRP and BGP.
Support Enterprise Leased Lines,Microwave, WiMAX, 3G,VSAT connections and Fiber connections Escalating It To The Appropriate Team.
Support International Links with BT (British Telecom), Orange, Zajil, Vodafone Carrier Services.
Troubleshoot on different devices: PE (Cisco, Alcatel), DSLAM (Cisco, Paradyne, Telindus, Alcatel "ISAM") ,Routers (Cisco,3com,Telindus, Huawei AR), converters(Patton,Telindus),Modems ,EFM, ENE and Metro switches.
Troubleshooting any Routing configuration issues.
Monitoring Customer's traffic using the MRTG tool and Service Navigator tool .
Following up with the field engineers and technicians to solve all the physical issues.
Monitor, maintain, troubleshoot and provise the enterprise customers WAN connections whether they are leased lines internet links, Layer 2 & layer 3 MPLS VPN connections or even unmanaged layer 1 fiber connections locally and internationally. By supporting end users in all their request & solving their LAN problems.

To support the Customer Services Department in providing a high quality service to clients safely and handling any complaints professionally and within agreed or reasonable timescales by administering the customer service information system and providing all other administration services for the Customer Services department.keeping accurate records of all inquiries,arranging to post out information to customers.Attending all meetings with clients to close the deals.
Analyze problems, perform troubleshooting, communicate with site technicians and track problems through resolution. When necessary. For severe conditions that are impossible to anticipate, such as a power failure or a cut optical fiber cable, have procedures in place to immediately contact technicians to remedy the problem.
