  • Process reservations by email, telephone, fax and central reservation
    system referral.
     Process reservations from sales office and travel agents.
     Knows the type of rooms available as well as their location and
    layout.
     Knows the selling status, rates and benefits of all packages and
    plans.
     Knows about the credit policy of the hotel and how to code each
    reservation.
     Communicate with front office team members and housekeeping team
     member in order to ensure smooth operation.
