Infrastructure Manager, Radiance 2011 July’10 – April’11 > Radiance is the annual Mechanical Engineering Department festival of IIT Bombay > Led a 2-tier team of 20 students to build the entire infrastructure, using a budget of INR 3 lakhs > Managed the infrastructural needs of a nation-wide workshop program across 5 major cities > Closed deals with 5 major restaurants to install their outlets to cater to more than 1,000 participants > Ensured that hospitality arrangements made it a pleasant experience for 300 outstation students > Conferred Department Organisational Colour for notable contribution to the festival
Coordinator Publicity Team, Mood Indigo 2009 August’09 – December’09 > Asia’s largest annual cultural festival of IIT Bombay > Led a team of 20 organizers for publicising the festival across 100 colleges of Mumbai > Managed the registrations of more than 60,000 attendees during the festival for 4 days
