RESPONSIBILITIES > Led a team of 40+ members to build supply the fleet of auto-rickshaws across Delhi to deliver 2000+ rides everyday > Managed the entire supply operations processes including enrolments, recovery, audit, lead collections and driver referrals > Led the driver and customer escalations teams to resolve all the queries of drivers and riders related to payments, driver/rider behaviour, timely pickup etc.
ACHIEVEMENTS > Scaled up the auto-rickshaw fleet on platform from 50 to 800 > Delivered a 43% growth in terms of the number of rides from 1000 to 1430 by initiating the cluster activation in some area of Delhi
RESPONSIBILITIES > Conducted an efficiency audit of the pumps in the plants to chart out a pump replacement policy > Analysed the stress distribution of mentioned pumps and identified reasons behind mechanical seal failures, a recurring problem faced in the plant > Reduced the annual maintenance and energy costs of the pumps by 5% using ‘Life Cycle Cost’ analysis
