Dedicated police officer Adrian “AJ” Poux has steadfastly served and protected communities throughout the state of Pennsylvania for more than 20 years. Most recently, Adrian J. Poux worked as an accreditation manager and member of the DUI team for the Lock Haven University Police Department.
Prior to this appointment, he spent 12 years with the Lower Makefield Township police force based in Yardley. During this period, he held several posts, including acting corporal and field training officer. He eventually rose to the rank of a senior patrolman and earned two life saving commendations for his service.
Before relocating to Yardley, he completed a 5-year tenure with the Philadelphia Amtrak Police Department. Some of his achievements during this period include a silver star nomination for bravery and recognition as officer of the month.
Upon his resignation, he earned commendations for his role in 9/11 and biological threat responses. He is a summa cum laude graduate of the College of New Jersey, where he completed a B.S. in law and justice.
