Assist management of the area, including priorities and the sequence of work on the project. Ensure project goals and objectives are integrated with the rest of the project.
Preparing the Mechanical Shop Drawings.
Preparing the Mechanical Material Submittals.
Implementing and monitoring of all mechanical related works (HVAC, Drain-Plumbing, Firefighting and Water Systems) at site as per approved drawings, methods & safety rules.
Liaising with other engineers, surveyors, clients and sub-contractors.
Coordinating the works to Electrical & Civil groups.
Elaborate in preparing the Operation and Maintenance (O&M) manuals.
