Option: Agro-food and Biological Industry
The option Agro-food and Biological Industry allows to develop and acquire the skills necessary for a integration in different types of universes going from the production to the analysis and the research and development of the food-processing or cosmetic, pharmaceutical products and health.
In my second year, I chose the option “immobilized enzyme” where I was able to develop and to discover the various methods of enzymes immobilization and their applications in the industry
