Training designer - Global Oil & Gas companies ■ Co-created and delivered the Design Thinking training for group of over 40 people with different seniority level. Throughout the workshops participants built Customer Journeys and User Stories for selected personas, and prototyped applications. Outcomes were further validated by the client with the intention of implementing ideas in the business. ■ Co-designed and delivered hands-on training for Salesforce Pardot users to facilitate the software adoption. Participants created forms, emails in SF Pardot test environment, learnt about the logic behind the automation rules and the value of quality database management. Following workshops marketeers showed higher engagement with SF Pardot and better understanding of the marketing automation platform.
Coordinator of the strategy consulting project for the Polish Red Cross (Polski Czerwony Krzyż). Project included NGO’s polish market analysis, identification of PRC’s SWOT incl. the growth opportunities, proposal of actionable solutions and their forecasted impact, presentation of final recommendations to McKinsey&Co. and PRC’s representatives.
Developed market-entry strategy in Poland for one of company’s FE category product. Conducted data analysis, prepared STPM strategy with specific 4P’s recommendation, created marketing campaign proposal, forecasted consumer base growth and project profitability. Recommendations' updates delivered in form of pagers, final presentation on strategy presented in front of P&G's managers.
