Adam Searl has worked as a sales account representative for Uline since 2017. He was hired as a level 1 sales representative and earned a promotion to level 2 in just five months as a result of his success in the field and his ability to handle his territory. Adam Searl accepted this promotion in January 2018 and has since reached a total sales amount of more than $17.3 million, year-to-date.
Mr. Searl joined Uline shortly after graduating from the University of California, Los Angeles with a bachelor’s degree in political science. While in school, he achieved a GPA above 3.0. He earned a place on the Athletics Director’s Honor Roll in 2013, 2014, 2015, and 2016 thanks to his involvement with the institution’s Division 1 NCAA football team. A punter, Searl balanced his academic responsibilities with 30 to 40 hours of sports practice and training each week.
His athletic talent granted Searl the ability to join the Canadian Football League (CFL). He tried out for both the Calgary Stampeders and Edmonton Eskimos, the latter of which had a GM who informed him he would be drafted. Unfortunately, right before the draft, the Eskimos’ GM left the organization and Searl was not drafted for the season.
However, the Toronto Argonauts picked him up and had him try out for the team. After he was not utilized, Searl refocused his career on sales instead.
