I’am an Generalist HR Manager with a global and large view on all tasks related to HR management.
My working experience has given me a deep knowledge of tasks related to recruitment, onboarding – offboarding – talent management – litigation management – good understanding of local labour law – training – union management etc…Working in international and multinational company in mining sector give me capacity to manage expatriate employees and large workforce.
My legal background also help me to defend company’s interest in HR management. I have a strong capabilities to help companies in their openning phase.
The Project Human Resources Manager is responsible to support the project's activities in all aspects of human resources management, such as administration and payroll, social dialogue, recruitment, internal communication, training and performance management. The objective of the position is to support the delivery of the project on time, on budget and in line with best practice in Health & Safety, Environmental and Social matters, and to ensure an effective transition to Operations.
The scope include :
• Create, organize and recruit all HR department staff in coordination with the Group HR Director (23 staff) • Mentor HR staff to support project ramp up phase in line with project schedule • Lead and maintain a good HR culture within the project • Liaise with all Project department to support their activities on HR side • Administrative and payroll management, • Management of social dialogue to maintain a good social climate within the project • Recruitment : set up recruitment calendar - define the budget - act as local content champion • Internal communication, performance management and training
. Support the planning and development of HR initiatives and systems.
.Contribute to the definition of HR strategies at the country and regional level to ensure the capacities and competencies needed in the short, mid, and long term (recruitment, remuneration, management, and learning development plans).
.Plan HR operational and budget needs to efficiently ensure the required HR sizing and capabilities of the Region, is responsible for the follow-up of the HR budget and plan, and accountable for both. Ensure implementation of all HR Policies and Management Guidelines.
.Provide counseling on policies and procedures for the employees and ensure that guidelines are followed,
.Manage the entire life cycle of recruiting and hiring activities Coordinate the implementation of career development programs to high potential collaborators to increase long-term commitment and contribution,
.Support in managing disciplinary and grievance issues and associated corrective measures,
. Set up the HR department and establish HR procedures . Support the management team in all matters related to labor relations . HR Development: Conduct recruitment with the different managers and ensure a smooth integration of new recruits; organize training . Manage the visa and work permit process . Implement staff development measures . Talent management: training, retention, compensation . Legal and disciplinary support . Leading managers to consolidate the culture of excellence and performance, . Internal communication . Management of a quality social climate through the good management of social relations . Participation in cross-functional HR projects at the Group level
