As an experienced computer services professional, Abraham Motamedi draws on an in-depth understanding of installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting. He has worked with a wide variety of Apple and PC models, and understands repair processes for both hardware and software. Focused on resolving issues to the satisfaction of the customer, Abraham Motamedi has achieved a 99 percent technical-issue resolution rate over the course of his career.
Most recently the vice president and manager of All About Mac, LLC, Abraham Motamedi collaborated with a number of vendors to facilitate repair processes. Personally responsible for diagnosing and repairing malfunctioning products, he served computer owners in the Las Vegas, Nevada area for seven years.
He had previously led as manager of Boise, Idaho's Advance Electronic, where he oversaw systems and security for local area networks, wide area networks, and virtual private networks. A graduate of the computer networking program at the University of Devonshire, Mr. Motamedi maintains a comprehensive working knowledge of computers, from the software to the systems level.
