• Managing Hardware and Software Contract. • Participates in the negotiations for service and maintenance agreements for installed systems. • Review working IT practices to maximize performance and productivity. • Prepare and manage related IT operational budget. • Maintain and support point of sale and back office systems. • Training staff with IT related equipment. • Configure and maintain computers,Diebold Nixdorf POS, handheld terminals and networking equipments in more than 150 stores. • Managing the internal IT network, consisting of CISCO routers, switches. • Monitoring and administrating network servers, user accounts and system roles access. • Managing suppliers contracts and monitor subcontractor activities. • Reporting to the Managing Director and to Financial Director. • Troubleshooting Computers and User problems. • Schedules and performs regular data and systems back-up. • Responds courteously and efficiently to queries and problems from system users.
Provide support to development team including analysis and troubleshooting, creating test environments, designing and optimizing call flows
Ensure adequacy and/ or software, hardware, disk space, licenses, etc. for telecommunication systems and document as needed
Monitoring and troubleshooting systems and network applications (Coordination with Turkey Team)

Functions: • Responsible for networking, design, installation and maintenance services. • Supporting users and network administrators over the phone and by email. • Maintain the company’s network infrastructure. • Networking and providing support for Windows, Macintosh and Linux issues. • Configuration and testing of any new hardware and software. • Travelling to client sites to help with installs, deployment, and troubleshooting. • Management of the daily data backup and retrieval scheme. • Installing and operating Windows desktop and server operating systems. • TCP/IP networking and hardware maintenance and repair. • Assistance with training of staff and compiling procedural documentation. • Assisting the network manager with support requests. • Ensure computer hardware is safe & complies with health and safety legislation. • Applying patches in accordance with company procedures.
