Machine learning to Decode functional Magnetic Resonance Imaging (fMRI) data for neuroscience applications, classify weld flaws in radiographic images for non destructive testing (NDT) applications and classify mammogram circumscribed masses for medical diagnosis applications.
The researches involved different issues mainly high-dimensionality, feature selection, data-set unbalance and generalization performance problems.
Worked on projects involving computational neuroscience and robotics with international Labs (INT, INS, LAAS, IBISC).
Developed machine learning algorithms mainly supervised learning for Brain Computer Interface (BCI) tasks, Deep Learning for patter recognition tasks and Reinforcement Learning in robotics.
