Responsible for the daily administration and implementation of the ATS system.
Develop an understanding of position requirements by liaising with hiring managers and by reviewing and modifying job descriptions and requirements.
Prepare active and passive sourcing strategies with paid and unpaid advertising options for each position.
Determine assessment criteria (i.e. screening grids, rating guides, tests) and review and screen candidate applications.
