Check all raw materials, planning manufacturing steps, measuring & inspection of the final products and preparation of statistical process control.
Tracking quality of each manufacturing process and efficiency, establish standards and write a daily report to avoid any risk (HACCP, GMP, GHP, CIP, Housekeeping and SOPs) ).
Maintaining product quality at a safe limit accepted by consumer, ensure conformity with standard specifications and legislative bodies issued by official (ISO/Regulation).
Reduce probability of damage or corruption of product, while reducing cost of production; increase value and therefore its ability to sell (Utilization, Efficiency).
