- Manage IT Infrastructure and day to day IT operations of the Hotel. I was actively involved in policy and implementation of each application effectively. Directly built and managed a team of 4 IT technicians to deliver a smooth operation of all guest services and administration alike. The hotel consists of 215 superb rooms equipped with the latest state of the art IT technology and the largest banqueting / convention center in Kuwait delivering services with cutting edge technology.
