A successful entrepreneur and business leader with a wealth of experience in the construction sector, Aaron Schossau owns and operates two different Michigan companies: Stonegate Luxury Homes in Monroe and James & Bloom in Birmingham. Aaron Schossau has been building luxury residences through Stonegate since 2003 and creating handcrafted cabinetry through James & Bloom since 2016.
Mr. Schossau’s accomplishments with Stonegate include acquiring the 22-luxury home Monroe development Park Place and developing high-end properties on St. James Drive in Northville. He is currently planning a condominium development in the Detroit neighborhood of Corktown. This development will consist of 10 to 25 private residential units of 1,200 square feet apiece.
Aaron Schossau’s work with James & Bloom involves crafting and installing millwork cabinets in kitchens and bathrooms throughout Southeast Michigan and across the country. James & Bloom also constructs built-in storage infrastructure in other rooms as desired. The organization handles the entire renovation process from initial design to final project cleanup.
