My family and core values of trust, integrity, hard work are priorities for me. I enjoy what I do and put 100% effort into all endeavors. I believe in being decisive, but taking the time to consider the big picture when interacting with others and impacting situations I find myself in. I firmly believe that equipping students with an education, the ability to critically think, and hands-on 21st Century learning skills prepares them not only to compete in the job market, but to successfully contribute in their respective fields as well. As such, I collaborate regularly with stakeholders on-site as well as in the community in an effort to stay on the front edge of innovation as I seek out as many opportunities for learning for myself, fellow colleagues, and students.
