It was established in March 1978 as joint stock Company with foreign capital 45% for the British partner to The Egyptian Company for Construction Development and The Middle East Company by innovating Modern building systems not used before in the area, and in 1991 The Egyptian Company for Construction Development became an Egyptian Company One hundred percent where moved the British share completely to the Egyptian partner and then the role of foreign side was limited on technical support only. And in 2001 a new activity has been added to the Company activities which is implementation of Hydraulic tunnels, and in 2007 the efficiency ratio was raised for heavy lifting from class 2 to class 1. And in 2015 it has appeared to shareholders of the company to add real estate investment activities and general contracting to strengthen The Company’s presence in the Egyptian market. .
